Staying at Punnamada resort was an incredible experience! The serene setting along the backwaters was the highlight, coupled with the wonderful amenities and impeccable service. I particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the private pool. However, the dining options could use some variety, as there was only one restaurant with a limited menu. Overall, a perfect spot for relaxation, yet there are a couple of areas that need improvement.
